QiGong is a 4,000 year old moving meditative practice that is one of the 5 Branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on cultivating life force energy (Qi) for health, vitality, and longevity. QiGong helps reduce stress, increase energy, support immune function, and promote balance and peace in daily life. It is suitable for all ages and ability.
Reiki is a calming energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance and relaxation. It works with what many traditions refer to as “life force energy,” the subtle energy believed to flow through all living things.
